For sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or "no shows," the fee will be $35. 

Dr. Nguyen will work with you to accommodate scheduling needs to the best of her ability. This policy reflects Dr. Nguyen's commitment to maintaining high quality psychological services and open communication and collaboration. 

Dr. Nguyen does not participate with any commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid insurance plans. 

Services are offered within a self-pay model. Your payment is due at the time of your appointment. Dr. Nguyen accept cash (exact amount) or credit/debit/FSA/HSA cards.  Payment plans are not available. Dr. Nguyen requires all clients to keep a credit card on file.

According to the law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Dr. Nguyen provides Good Faith Estimates (GFE) as a part of the intake process for new clients and before an initial appointment is scheduled.
